Patricia Iafrate Bellini, M.S. CCC-SLP is an experienced and highly regarded school-based SLP. She served as president of her state’s Speech-Language Hearing Association. Patricia was a State Education Advocacy Leader (SEAL) for the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) for several years. She chaired the ASHA School Finance Committee and served on ASHA’s Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Council. Over the course of her career, Patricia has worked as a Speech/Language Pathology Fellow within her State Department of Education, where she drafted statewide eligibility criteria.

She has presented locally and nationally on Response to Intervention (RTI), the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), workload/caseload, and advocacy issues. Patricia has written several articles for ASHA publications. She is a co-author of RTI in Action Grades 3-5 Oral and Written Language Activities for the Common Core State Standards (ASHA, 2013). She is also the author of SLPs: So Many Students, So Little Time— Effective, Efficient Strategies to Maximize Student Growth, the extensive resource handbook that participants will receive at the seminar.
