PAMELA FUENZALIDA is an outstanding educator with 13 years of experience centered around ELL students as a classroom teacher, and an ELL dyslexia specialist. With endorsements in general ed, special ed, and bilingual ed, she has worked extensively with ELL students diagnosed with dyslexia. Pamela understands the realities and challenges that teachers face as they strive to help children with reading impairments. She is passionate about helping struggling learners and students with disabilities reach high levels of learning, as well as equipping their teachers with cuttingedge, highly effective literacy practices. Pamela is the author of English Language Learners and Dyslexia: Practical Strategies that Work (Grades K-5), the extensive digital resource handbook all participants will receive. Pamela’s seminars are practical, inspiring, and filled with strategies, activities and teaching techniques you can use immediately to help ELL students with dyslexia and ALL bilingual students become better readers, writers and spellers.
