A Message from Your Seminar Leader

Dear Colleague:

Although you probably are familiar with the basic functionality of Google Classroom and other common Google apps, if you are like most busy teachers, you feel challenged to devote the time or energy to stay abreast of the frequent updates or new features of these and other tools. Perhaps you are ready to learn about additional ways to use Google apps in unique ways to engage your students differently. Maybe you are ready to learn about some of the Google apps that are lesser-known and often overlooked. Whichever reason it is, I have designed this seminar is to provide many ideas and examples for new-to-you ways of enhancing your math instruction using the tools found within Google Workspaces. You will experience the seminar as a hands-on student in a sample Google Classroom that is secondary mathematics focused. Throughout our time together, I will share numerous tips and tricks that can save you valuable time and effort. It’s my goal that you leave with practical ideas that you are excited to implement the next day, and additional ideas to explore and use in the near future.
