Dear Colleague:

It is often difficult to find the time to research the latest trends in mathematics when we are so busy in the classroom doing all the day to day tasks that a teacher is responsible for. Yet, our ever-changing world also needs a change in how we teach mathematics to today's learner. Helping students develop greater number sense, number fluency, the capacity to think critically, and apply new learning are all more useful than rote memorization for our students especially as technology makes huge advances every day.

I look forward to sharing with you some of the latest research and giving you practical tools to take with you to use in your own classroom. This seminar will help you enhance your current approach to teaching mathematics and help your students be more successful in your math class.
