Glenn Wiebe has many years of social studies teaching experience at the secondary level. Glenn is the author of Strengthening Students' SOCIAL STUDIES Skills While Significantly Decreasing Grading Time (Grades 6-12), the extensive digital resource handbook each participant will receive at the seminar. Additional authorships include an upcoming book focused on inquiry-based learning, his award-winning website History Tech and published articles in the National Social Studies Leaders Association journal and the Teaching History website. Long active on his state's social studies council, Glenn is currently the Past-President of the National Social Studies Leaders Association, serves on the advisory board of the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources program, serves as a state representative on the National Geographic Advisory Committee, is the chair of the National Council for the Social Studies House of Delegates Resolutions Committee, and is a member of the iCivics Educators Network.
